Memorized Tile Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. Memorized. Contact: info@memorized.co.za.

2. Prize. Up to 5 winners. Each winner gets one free Memorized tile of their choice (map, run or flight tile), worth R450 including delivery. Winners pay nothing, including for delivery. One prize per winner. The prize can't be exchanged for cash.

3. Who can enter. South African residents aged 18 or over. You can't enter or win if you are the promoter, you work on Memorized, you supply goods or services to Memorized or this giveaway, or you are an immediate family member of any of these people.

4. How to enter. Entry is free, and no purchase or payment is needed. Between the first giveaway video and 23:59 on 4 December 2026 (South African time):

1. Join the list at memorized.co.za/win with your full name, phone number, email address, and your TikTok or Instagram username. In this giveaway, "pre-order" only means giving these details. It costs nothing and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
2. Follow @memorizedsa on TikTok, or @memorizedsa on Instagram, using the username you gave.
3. Comment on any Memorized giveaway video.
4. Save a Memorized giveaway video.
5. Share a Memorized giveaway video.
6. Repost a Memorized giveaway video.

We ask everyone to do all of these. TikTok and Instagram don't show us who saved, shared or reposted, so your entry is valid if we can confirm steps 1, 2 and 3 under the same username on the same platform. Each person gets one entry, whichever platform they use and however many videos they comment on.

5. Choosing the winners. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries on 6 December 2026.

If there are at least 500 valid entries, there will be 5 winners. If there are fewer, there will be 1 winner for every full 100 valid entries, and always at least 1 winner.

6. Results. Results will be announced on 6 December 2026 on TikTok at @memorizedsa and on Instagram at @memorizedsa. We will also contact winners using the email address and phone number they gave.

7. Claiming the prize. To claim, a winner must reply by 17:00 on 9 December 2026 with:

• their delivery address in South Africa
• their choice of tile and the details needed to make it
• their ID number
• a signed declaration that they aren't excluded under clause 3

If a winner doesn't reply in time or isn't eligible, we will draw another winner.

8. Delivery. Prizes will be delivered within 5–7 working days from 11 December 2026. We will keep proof of delivery.

9. Publicity. Winners don't have to appear in our marketing, allow us to use their image, or attend the draw. A winner can ask us not to show their TikTok or Instagram username when we announce the results.

10. Your information. We use your details to run this giveaway and to tell you when orders open. You can ask to be removed at any time at info@memorized.co.za. Removing yourself before the draw withdraws your entry. We keep giveaway records for at least 3 years, as the law requires.

11. TikTok and Instagram. This giveaway isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by TikTok or Instagram, or connected to either of them. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility connected to this giveaway.

12. General. These rules are free to read at memorized.co.za/win and available on request. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
