Shipping Policy

We deliver within South Africa only. Every tile is made to order, so your delivery time is the time it takes to make your tile plus the courier's time.

Making your tile. We print your tile after your order is paid. This usually takes 5 working days. If we can't place your map or route with confidence, we'll email you before printing, and the time starts again once we've heard from you.

This time is an estimate from when the parcel leaves us.

Busy periods. If we receive an unusually high number of orders, making and delivering your tile can take longer than the times above. If your order is affected, we’ll email you with an updated estimate.

Couriers. We send parcels with Aramex or The Courier Guy. We'll email your tracking details once your tile has shipped.

Your address. Please check your delivery address at checkout. If it's wrong, email us as soon as you can and we'll try to change it before the parcel leaves. For gifts, enter the recipient's address and make sure the courier can reach them.

Late, lost or damaged parcels. If your tile hasn't arrived by the estimated date, email us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the courier. If a parcel is lost, we'll make and send you a new tile or refund you. If it arrives damaged, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
